SESSION FEES
Client agrees to pay Emma Pilkington Photography the full photo shoot amount of £75 at the time of booking to secure their appointment date and time. This is a non-refundable payment that pays for your session.
GALLERY
The images will be ready 3 weeks after session date – an online gallery & download link will be sent.
RE-SHOOT / REFUND
Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer. Re-shoots and refunds will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.
PUNCTUALITY
Please make every effort to be at your session on time*. Please be aware that if you are late, this time will be taken off your session. If you fail to show up during your scheduled appointment you will forfeit all money paid.
*Your session starts at the time you have booked. It is strongly encouraged that clients arrives 15 minutes prior to the start of session.
ARCHIVE
It is your responsibility to save a back up of all your photo shoot images. Emma Pilkington Photography will only keep a copy of your images for 6 months.
PAYMENT
All payments are due in full unless payment arrangements have been made.
CREATIVE LICENSE
Emma Pilkington Photography shall be granted creative and artistic licence in relation to the choice of locations and poses used.
COPYRIGHT
The 1998 Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act assigns copyright to Emma Pilkington Photography. You have permission to print or use the images for your business, but you may not sell or enter them into any competitions.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, injury or sickness beyond our control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
CANCELLATION
If Emma Pilkington Photography has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.
Should the client wish to cancel, this needs to be granted more than 48 hours before the shoot so the place can be filled. A full refund will be given. For cancellations with less than 48 hours before the shoot, no refund will be given.
PRIVACY
Emma Pilkington Photography will store your names on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside of Emma Pilkington Photography.
